Hammerset anchor EA N-D / EA II-D

The Hammerset anchor EA II M 12 D is a hammerset anchor with internal thread, made of galvanised steel. It is ideal for anchoring diamond drilling machines and diamond saws. The anchor sleeve is reinforced to take up loads. The hammerset anchor is set with a hammer, flush with the surface of the anchoring material. With the setting tool EHS Plus, the sleeve is expanded by driving in the internal pin and so clamps against the wall of the drill hole. For correct expansion, no torque needs to be applied to the screw. Features Simple impact installation: the clear rim of the anchor sleeve stops it from sliding deeper during installation.Use of common metric bolts and threaded rods reduces complexity.ETA approval for non-cracked concrete. Advantages The anchor rim prevents the hammerset anchor from being driven too far into the drill hole.The metric internal thread makes it possible to use standard metric bolts or threaded rods.The EMS setting tool allows effortless installation, especially in series installation.When you drive in the anchor with the EHS plus setting tool, you can check by sight that the anchor is set correctly. The tool strikes a notch in the rim of the anchor when the anchor is fully expanded against the drill hole wall.The black fall-out protection stops the anchor from falling out of the drill hole during overhead installation.Hitting reinforcement while drilling is almost ruled out when using the EA II K, thanks to the very short anchorage depth of only 25 mm.
