The Product finder: find the right Fischer product in plain language

You know what you need to fix and what to fix it to, but finding the right article number takes time. There is a quicker way than browsing hundreds of variants and filtering by size, material and approval. The Product finder on fixtek.nl searches our Fischer range for you, based on a plain description.
How does it work?
The Product finder is a chat window on fixtek.nl. You describe what you need in plain English, with trade terms or abbreviations. The tool searches the more than 1,700 Fischer products that we stock. You get a short list of suitable products, with the article number and an explanation of why the product suits your application.
The article number takes you straight to the product in the webshop.
Three examples
Sprinkler pipe on a concrete ceiling
Question: "I need to hang a DN25 sprinkler pipe from a concrete ceiling."
The Product finder suggests the FRSP sprinkler loop hanger for 1", with FM and UL approval, and a FAZ II Plus bolt anchor for the threaded rod in the ceiling.
Air-conditioning unit on the facade
Question: "Hang an air-conditioning outdoor unit on a concrete facade."
The Product finder suggests a complete wall bracket set, such as the KSU or the Klima Klik (MCE) with vibration dampers, and an anchor that suits the wall.
Cable tray on a steel beam
Question: "Hang a cable tray from an HEA beam."
The Product finder sees that you are fixing to steel and suggests a TKL beam clamp. You clamp it onto the flange of the beam, without drilling or welding.
Why not just use the search bar?
The search bar in the webshop searches for words in the product name. If you search for "sprinkler clamp", you find sprinkler clamps. If you search for "hang pipe from concrete", you find very little.
The Product finder looks at what you want to do. It knows that hanging from concrete needs an anchor, that an FM system needs a clamp with FM approval and that fixing to a steel beam can be done without drilling. Ask a follow-up question and it adjusts its proposal.
