The hammerset anchor EA II is a hammerset anchor with internal thread, made of galvanised and stainless steel. The hammerset anchor is ideal for anchoring sprinkler installations, cable trays or brackets, indoors and outdoors. The ETA approval for non-cracked concrete, the approval for multiple fixings of non-structural systems and the fire suitability in accordance with fire resistance class R 120 offer much more safety. The hammerset anchor is installed with the hammer, flush with the surface of the anchoring material. The thickened rim prevents it from slipping in deeper. With the setting tool EAW H Plus or the machine setting tool EA II S-SDS, the sleeve is expanded by driving in the internal stud and so clamps against the wall of the drill hole.

Advantages

The anchor rim prevents the hammerset anchor from being driven too far into the drill hole.
Thanks to the metric internal thread, it is possible to use standard metric bolts or threaded rods.
The EMS setting tool allows effortless installation, especially for series installation.
When you drive in the anchor with the EHS plus setting tool, you can see by visual check whether the anchor is placed correctly. The tool strikes a notch in the rim of the anchor when the anchor is fully expanded against the drill hole wall.
The black anti-fall-out device of the EA II K prevents the anchor from falling out of the drill hole during overhead installation.
With the EA II K, hitting reinforcement while drilling is virtually excluded thanks to the very short anchorage depth of only 25 mm.
