The fischer pipe clamp FRS zl is a two-screw pipe clamp made of zamak-coated steel in material grade DC01 with an M8/M10 combination connecting thread. The version with two screws allows optimal adjustment to the outer diameter of the pipe. Together with the combination connecting thread, this increases flexibility. Pipelines with an outer diameter of 12 to 168 mm can therefore be safely fixed indoors with a threaded rod or set screw, in accordance with the fire safety requirements of fire resistance class R 120 and MLAR. With a chlorine-free and silicone-free sound-insulating insert, the pipe clamp meets the requirements of DIN 4109. The FRS zl has excellent corrosion protection thanks to a zinc flake coating. The fischer FRS zl is suitable for applications in the temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.
