The fischer KDS spring toggle with VdS and FM certification is a fastening element for trapezoidal roof sheets. It offers a safe and objectively tested solution for fixing fixed sprinkler systems. Other components, such as channels, ventilation ducts, high-voltage cables and lighting systems, can also be fixed to trapezoidal sheet simply and quickly. The height-adjustable threaded rod, which is secured against accidental loosening, allows practical alignment of the attached part. The different lengths always offer a solution for every application.

- The whole KDS range has VdS certification. The KDS 10 also has FM certification. This means the KDS spring toggle guarantees objectively tested functional reliability for use in sprinkler systems.
- Available in lengths from 100 to 500 mm (KDS 8) and 100 to 200 mm (KDS 10).
- The rotating threaded rod makes it easy to adjust the height within the trapezoidal sheet. The threaded rod is secured against accidental loosening.
- Complete with threaded rod, nut, washer, sealing ring and distribution block. The sealing ring ensures a reliable seal on the trapezoidal sheet.
Applications
- The fully pre-assembled toggle plug KDS is used as a fastening element on trapezoidal metal ceilings.
- Suitable, for example, for fixing pipes, channels, ventilation ducts, electrical cables and lighting systems.
- Fixing of sprinkler pipes on trapezoidal metal sheets: from ¾ to 1 ½“ inch according to FM, max. DN 50 (2”) according to VdS.
- The permissible tensile load per fixing point for sprinkler pipes on trapezoidal sheets is 0.8 kN, for other fixings it is 1.0 kN.
- For use in dry indoor areas.
