FISCHER LGS 1250 PIPE CLAMP

Product information "FISCHER LGS 1250 PIPE CLAMP"

The fischer ventilation duct clamp LGS is the ideal fixing solution for all types of ventilation ducts. With the LGS, you can fix spiral ducts to the substrate particularly easily and quickly. The large opening angle makes it easy to insert the pipe, while the two-screw concept of the LGS allows optimal adjustment to the outer diameter of the pipe. The LGS has holes on both halves of the clamp from a diameter of 450 mm. This allows the recommended load to be doubled with two threaded rods with nuts. The sound-insulating insert provides reliable acoustic decoupling from the structure.

Features

  • With two screws for optimal adjustment to the pipe diameter
  • Screw captive protection.
  • Sound-insulating material.
  • Nut with combination thread M8/M10.

Advantages

  • The large opening angle of the LGS allows quick and easy installation.
  • With the two-screw system, the LGS can be adjusted optimally to the outer diameter of the pipe.
  • The locking screw with large slotted/cross head is protected against loss and ensures extra reliable installation.
  • The sound-damping inlay sits firmly and cannot fall out of the clamp when the pipes are adjusted.
  • From a diameter of 450 mm, the LGS has holes on both clamp halves. This allows a connection with two screws and nuts or with two threaded rods and nuts. This makes it possible to double the recommended load.

Applications

  • Installation of air ducts
  • Pipes with a diameter from 450 mm can be fixed with two threaded rods placed at the sides
  • A sound-damping inlay is glued in from ø 450 mm
Clamping range: > 300 mm, ≤ 20 mm

FISCHER EA II M12x25 - Fischer Bevestigingstechniek
FISCHER EA II M8x25

The hammerset anchor EA II is a hammerset anchor with internal thread, made of galvanised and stainless steel. The hammerset anchor is ideal for anchoring sprinkler installations, cable trays or brackets, indoors and outdoors. The ETA approval for non-cracked concrete, the approval for multiple fixings of non-structural systems and the fire suitability in accordance with fire resistance class R 120 offer much more safety. The hammerset anchor is installed with the hammer, flush with the surface of the anchoring material. The thickened rim prevents it from slipping in deeper. With the setting tool EAW H Plus or the machine setting tool EA II S-SDS, the sleeve is expanded by driving in the internal stud and so clamps against the wall of the drill hole. Features Simple impact installation: it does not slip in deeper during installation thanks to the clear rim of the injection sleeve.Use of common metric bolts and threaded rods reduces complexity.Labour-saving series installation with the machine setting tool EA II S-SDS.Visual check by stamped marking.ETA approval for non-cracked concrete and multiple fixings. Advantages The anchor rim prevents the hammerset anchor from being driven too far into the drill hole. Thanks to the metric internal thread, it is possible to use standard metric bolts or threaded rods. The EMS setting tool allows effortless installation, especially for series installation. When you drive in the anchor with the EHS plus setting tool, you can see by visual check whether the anchor is placed correctly. The tool strikes a notch in the rim of the anchor when the anchor is fully expanded against the drill hole wall. The black anti-fall-out device of the EA II K prevents the anchor from falling out of the drill hole during overhead installation. With the EA II K, hitting reinforcement while drilling is virtually excluded thanks to the very short anchorage depth of only 25 mm.
